• Key Exchange April 16, 2025 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm and April 19, 2025 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.

• Pool Opens May 9.  

• ​HOA fees for 2025 were due by January 31, 2025. If you used the payment plan, due dates are the following: 1st payment due Jan 30, 2nd payment due April 30, 3rd payment due July 30. A late fee of $30 may apply.
